A few weeks ago, I received in my mailbox a copy of the Michelin guide on Florida I worked on last year. It was an awesome experience, and to virtually celebrate it, I wanted to talk about a bizarre place I visited on my way to the Keys… a coral caste built by a sad man in love at the beginning of the 20th century.
