Saturday we’ll fly for the North West of the US. Vacation is around the corner. I don’t really remember how we decide for this particular trip. To begin with, we just wanted to go to Yellowstone, to see the bears and geysers. Then we were wondering if we should go to Utah or Colorado, or even the Great Plains…
But slowly, we decided that the landscapes of Montana, Washington, Idaho were super appealing. Leaving from Seattle seemed the best idea ever, we were like: let’s do a 4,000 mile road trip from Seattle to Seattle! Then we got back to reasonable plans asking ourselves: what do we really want to do. Two things:
- drive in the middle of incredible landscapes.
- hike in the middle of incredible landscapes.
We have just booked nights at Seattle and in Yellowstone, so we’ll see how it goes, night after night… The road trip is 1 800 mile long (2 800 km), and we trust the US to provide us with what we want.
