I have a new phone! The screen of the previous one was so messed up that I couldn’t even take a proper picture. Here is a new article made of miscellaneous things of April.
April 2. The Charles River is still partially frozen. Walking by, I hear some cracks, that sound like a duck is stuck under the ice sheet.
April 2. I love Mei-Mei, a cute asian food inspired restaurant.
April 3. It’s gonna be a full month of tours of Boston (I didn’t know this yet). We end the tour in front of the Paul Revere’s house, who no one have ever heard of, despite that he’s an American hero.
April 4. I have a blog about travels and a blog about yoga, but my life is mostly made of sitting at a desk. 70% at home, and the rest of the time is split up between coffee shops, libraries and Manu’s office.
April 4. No way. It’s sunny. I don’t care most of the time of the weather being grey and cold, but I hate the way I dress… I need skirts and colors.
April 4. We hang out a lot in the same places, so it was fun to try out Ames Street Deli, a cool place to have cocktails and tapas.
April 7. Mei Mei, again. I told you I loved it there.
April 10. Road trip!! Spring is here (almost), it’s time to enjoy some time by the ocean, along the coast of New England.
April 10. I wish I had a house like this!
April 11. How to go out of a car trunk. Some people have probably been traumatized.
April 12. In our AirBnb for the weekend, the family has 3 dogs, a cat, chickens and goats. I love having this cutie walking on my bed in the morning.
April 12. Donut love. This one is topped with bacon and maple syrup. Yep. Holy Donuts in Portland have the best donut ever.
April 13. It’s Manu’s birthday! We celebrate it in a bar. Tots, beers, and nachos.
April 15. TAX DAY! It’s so complicated to adapt to a complete different taxation system.
April 18. Boston puts on some blue and yellow colors! Daffodils spread out.
April 19. Gift from a friend: a big coffee table book about the history of America through images. I love it.
April 19. Sunday nights don’t have to be moody and gloomy. This is the night to eat with friends, learn out to play poker and watch Game of Thrones.
April 20. Marathon Day! It’s so moving to see the elegant elite runners flying above the ground.
April 21. I adore this book. Call me silly, but it makes me tidy up to house and feel better.
April 22. Spring is meant to be outdoors.
April 25. Walking by the cute neighborhood of Charlestown.
April 27. Before a yoga class, I stop by the Boston Public Library to check out a small exhibit about maps in literature.
April 28. I’m always looking for new ideas to tweak my tours of Boston. What about the Christian Science Church?
April 29. I still don’t believe that the winter is over.
