September 8th, the end of our trip is getting closer. Today, we drove a lot, again. I woke up pretty tired and sick so unfortunately we only passed through Grand Teton National Park without stopping to hike. The park was amazing: on one side of the road, the mountains were high and spectacular, and on the other side of the road, it was completely FLAT.

Grand Teton means “big nipple” in French. French Canadian explored the region in the 18th century and there are still many names in French in this area.

That’s me and the car, looking like real adventurers after almost 15 days in the wilderness. Next and last stop before flying back to Boston: Salt Lake City, Utah.
