Before leaving Paris, I needed to collect all my favorites restaurants in Paris. Where to eat or have a drink in a nice place in Paris?
If you want a nice “french-style” place
Aux 3 passages, 11 bis rue Saint Maur, Paris 11.
Le Gourbi Palace, 48 rue Albert Thomas, Paris 10.
Glou, 101 rue vieille du temps, Paris 4.
If you want to drink some “natural wine” and to eat something very frenchy
Café de la nouvelle mairie, 19 rue des fossés saint Jacques, Paris 5. In a touristic area, a place with no tourists… for the moment 😉
Le chapeau melon, 92 rue Rebeval, Paris 19. In a neighborhood forgotten by tourists.
If you want a good brunch
Café Zéphyr, 12 boulevard Montmartre, Paris 9.
L’entrepôt, 7/9 rue Francis Pressensé, Paris 14. Brunch in the patio!
If you want veggie
Au grain de folie, 24 rue de la Vieuville, Paris 18. Looks like a garage, but it’s actually a restaurant.
If you want to wait before a show at Chatelet Theater or Théâtre de la ville
Café Livres, 10 rue Saint Martin, Paris 4. A “café-littéraire”
If you want to have a drink
Café Charbon, 109 rue Oberkampf, Paris 11. Very nice ‘Art nouveau’ style.
If you want Spanish tapas
Bodega 64, 64 rue François Miron, Paris 4.
If you want a burger
Le Floors, 100 rue Myrrha, Paris 18.
If you want Thai, Chinese or Japanese food…
Vieng Siam, 37 rue tiquetonne, Paris 2. Tiny and spicy. A gorgeous “terrasse” (patio) for the summertime.
Q Bar, 50 rue Folie Régnault, Paris 11. Good cocktails too!
Pho Dong Huong, 14 rue Louis Bonnet, Paris 19. A Chinese canteen in Belleville.
Nagawaka, 9 rue Lassus, Paris 19. Very good place.
Ossek garden, 14 rue Rampon, Paris 11. A Corean restaurant.
If you want Colombian food…
La Barra Latina, 38 rue Servan, Paris 11.
If you want a ‘couscous’
Le Miyanis, 132 bd Ménilmontant, Paris 20.
If you want to find a place: check on François Simon, Fooding, or Foodblog de Chihiro.
